meet sally

Sally began her yoga practice in 2013 at YCM hoping to trade existential angst for existential bliss. When she realized what a profound effect her yoga practice was having upon her life, sharing it with others became a logical next step. She participated in YCM’s teacher training and after completing her 200 RYT in 2017, and went on to Asheville Yoga Center to study Yin. She remains devoted to her personal asana practice which has led to an interest in Hatha yoga and the asana practice as a means to explore yogic philosophy. Sally is an avid potter and divides her time between her family’s farm locally and restoring a 200 year old farmhouse in Canada - both of which she shares with the greatest loves of her life -  her artist husband Thomas and their two rescue dogs, Amos and Finn.
