meet Denise
Denise was initially drawn to the physical practice of yoga as a way to challenge her body, build strength without bulk, and improve flexibility. But found much more in yoga. She completed her 200 hour RYT in 2016 at Yoga Core & More. She offers an upbeat & playful approach without taking things too seriously. It’s important to practice yoga in a way that feels good in YOUR body and not worry about what it looks like or what your fellow yogi’s are doing.
