Brittany started her professional fitness journey in 2002 when she started teached aerobics (oh and step aerobics too!) and water aerobics. She has since expanded her fitness portfolio to biking, running, weight lifting, HIIT, yoga (of course!) and really any other type of fitness out there!
Brittany began yoga for the physical benefits, but as her practice evolved she began to see the many beautiful aspects of yoga and soon realized that yoga is so more than just a physical practice. Yoga is a way of life. Ready to join Brittany on your yoga journey? Get ready for a powerful, positive, and uplifting good time.
